(GOODLETTSVILLE, TN; Jan. 10, 2011) Chris Patterson has been named Vice President, Operations for Vision Software Technologies, Inc., announced company executives today.
As part of his role at Vision, Patterson is launching an integrated client services gauge that will be linked with employee training and incentives. “I firmly believe in the client partnership model,” said Patterson. “We need to ask the right questions, listen intently, analyze opportunities, and channel client feedback into a rigorous framework for process improvement. This requires ongoing communications, both externally and internally,” he added.

A veteran of customer service and support systems, Patterson managed multiple service centers for UBS Financial Services in the Nashville region for more than a decade before joining the Vision leadership team. His accomplishments include major upgrades in service responsiveness, accessibility, accuracy, and process improvement for clients. Patterson has also worked extensively with Web-based technologies, employee recognition, and quality improvement initiatives.
